The neighbourhood of Overlanders is part of the city of Edmonton, Alberta, which is situated in the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area.


Cars are a great transportation option in Overlanders. Many homes for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, and it is very easy to park. However, Overlanders is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are commonly nearby. Biking is easy in this neighbourhood since there are a fair number of bike lanes. It is challenging for pedestrians to navigate Overlanders since few daily errands can be run on foot.


In this neighbourhood, families will typically be able to get to daycares and primary schools on foot. In contrast, Overlanders does not have any high schools. With respect to food, doing one's groceries often requires the use of a car in this part of Edmonton.


Overlanders is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm environment. This area is quiet overall, as the streets are generally quite peaceful - however noise can be bothersome near the railway line. Finally, it is very easy to get to public green spaces from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood since there are a few of them nearby for residents to relax in.

This neighbourhood is primarily composed of two bedroom and three bedroom homes.
