I was a practicing real estate lawyer and partner with one of Canada’s top law firms, Bennett Jones, for 11 years. After a decade+ of practicing Law, I was drawn to the lifestyle and climate of Victoria. Much too young to retire, I decided to enter the real estate business – initially as an investor, buying and restoring character homes. I have honed my ability to walk through a house, determine what would work, what wouldn’t and what improvements would net the biggest return on the investment. I have been a licenced Realtor since 2004, and have been recognized with many MLS sales award, including the highly coveted President’s Award. I love Real Estate in part because it allows me to draw on my legal background –writing a contract that ensure that your interests are protected while at the same time using my extensive experience as a real estate negotiation expert to make sure that you get the best possible deal. In 2016, Audra Poole joined my Real Estate practice. Audra was a senior marketing executive with luxury hotels and is an online marketing expert. She also, has experience in interior design and staging.
