Bill Ethier

Bill Ethier, Associate Broker Properties in Victoria Professionals™ Team Bill has lived in and enjoyed the Greater Victoria area since 1991. He first came to Victoria to complete his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Victoria. From 1995 until the early 2000’s, Bill conducted business internationally as a Manager for an international active travel company, Backroads Inc. Through his international work of managing people and designing trips, Bill came in contact with many cultures and lived in many countries including but not limited to Ireland, France, Bhutan, Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia. This international experience made him realize that although the rest of the world is beautiful and extraordinary, Victoria will always be his home. Since 2006, Bill has been working full time as a licensed REALTOR with Royal LePage Coast Capital Realty. Bill understands from his time as a dedicated triathlete, cyclist and cross-country runner that hard work, patience and dedication will bring success in all aspects of life and business. Bill brought that attitude with him to his career in real estate, which has helped him become a consistent award winner and successful REALTOR. Bill’s world-wide business experience, dedication, superior customer service, eye for detail and ability to think outside of the box surged him forward in the constantly changing world of real estate. From 2013 until the spring of 2018, Bill was the President of Royal LePage Coast Capital Realty. He oversaw, with the help of three Managing Brokers and support staff, the four Royal LePage Coast Capital locations, Mayfair Kiosk and 140+ REALTORS. Bill is now back, full time selling and loving every minute of it!
