The neighbourhood of Fairway Hills can be found in the city of Kingston, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Kingston metropolitan area.


Driving is a very good transportation option in Fairway Hills. It is especially convenient to come across a parking spot. On the other hand, Fairway Hills is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is generally very close. This part of the city is not very suitable for those who travel by foot as many daily needs are at times challenging to meet without having to resort to a vehicle.


Parents and their children will find that wherever their house is situated in Fairway Hills, daycares and primary schools are close by. However, this area does not have any high schools. In terms of food, in the majority of cases, a vehicle is needed to shop for groceries. A small variety of restaurants and coffee shops is available.


The character of Fairway Hills is exemplified by its calm atmosphere. This part of the city is quiet, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic.
