This neighbourhood permits homeowners to move around by a diversity of methods of transportation. This part of the city is a fairly convenient part of Kitchener for pedestrians; many daily errands can be run on foot, and numerous businesses are reasonably nearby. Biking is also easy in this neighbourhood since the bicycling network is fairly good. The public transit system in Mt. Hope Huron Park is good. More specifically, train stations, such as the Kitchener Station on the Kitchener Line, are usually close by from the majority of houses in the neighbourhood.
