The airport is over a mile long - long enough for a Leer Jet to land. There is a lake right in the village called Eleanor Lake, where life guards teach swimming lessons, full concession, and has beautiful showers & washrooms. This is mountain living at it finest! The village elevation is 2,250 Ft. Winter temp is between -10 to -5 C. Half way between Edmonton & Vancouver, half way between Jasper & Kamloops, located on Yellowhead Highway 5.
