James Smith

James is a multiple MLS® Award winner, winner of the Sutton Platinum award and an Accredited Staging Professional. He is known for his positive outlook, integrity, unwavering determination and sense of humour. James grew up in Victoria, British Columbia and has lived throughout the region for most of his life. At 22 he purchased his first property and since then he has bought and sold six other properties of his own. He currently lives in South Saanich with his wife, and daughter. In his younger years he enjoyed competitive sports including hockey and lacrosse. Through his passion for sports, James has learned to never give up and to always strive to win. He applies these lessons to his real estate business, always working to ensure that his clients come out on top. James has exceptional organizational and communication skills which he has developed over the last two decades working as a concierge, managing a building supply store and working in retail.
