Her Love of Real Estate dates back to the 90’s when she was a stay home Mom to 4 children & used to help renovate her rental properties. “I LOVE going into houses! Before I was a REALTOR®, I would take my kids to open houses & show homes. I LOVE helping people find their perfect next home.”Gina’s favourite clients are first time buyers & relocating buyers. Her patient & calm demeanour shines with helping clients through the process that can be confusing & scary for new buyers. Overall, Gina is passionate about introducing people not only to their new homes, but also their new surroundings. “First time buyers are soooo excited & happy when they get their keys, it makes my day to see how happy they are.”Gina’s background is quite diverse, making her easy to relate to & excellent to work with. Her first diploma was when she was in her early 20’s in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Camosun College in Victoria, from there she lived in Halifax & then back to her home province of Alberta. Once the children came along, Gina stayed home with them for 13 years, before getting another diploma in Massage Therapy from the Edmonton College of Swedish Massage in 2001. Always competitive & athletic, Gina played basketball, competed in Body Building & Dragon Boating, BUT her first love was Fastball, she played for 38 years as a pitcher, before retiring in 2008. She was able to travel to Australia to play in the World Masters games & again in Edmonton, where her team took home the Gold Medal. Still staying active today, Gina enjoys more “gentle” activities like, yoga, pool & light weight training.Her free time in the summer is filled with creating a “Zen” in her yard, making water fountains, taking care of her beautiful flowers & camping with her friends, family & fur babies.Winter free time is “Craft time” in her words, making natural bath & body products, doing macramé & making her own wine. She also volunteered her time with Personal Best Seminars & Santa’s Anonymous in Fort McMurray.Because of her dedication & passion as a REALTOR®, Gina was a Top 3 Producer in Fort McMurray in 2013, 2014 & 2015. In 2016, the fire in Fort McMurray brought a new perspective for her. She made the move to Beaumont where Gina then joined RE/MAX River City, and in 2017, she received the Executive Club Award, Excellence Award & Volunteer Award.“I enjoy working in Beaumont, Leduc, Fort Saskatchewan, Spruce Grove, Sherwood Park & Edmonton. I do all avenues of Real Estate, Single Family homes (my favourite), acreages & condos.”
